Could be normal: Females can often have a small number of “pus” or white blood cells in urine specimen due to contamination from skin, especially true if there are ++ epithelial cells as you reported. If there are no bacteria or yeast there may be no infection, but if you have painful urination or abdominal pain a urine culture & possibly testing for sexually transmitted infections would be recommended
