Just got my hvs results could you please help me what does my report indicate. pus cell 0-1, rbc 0-1, epethelial cells- present, t-vaginalisi- none, gram stain - many yeasy cells and moderete gram positive bacili seen.

Yeast infection: Your symptoms suggesa a yeast infection and the Gram stain confirms it. Speak with your doctor about the treatment she reocmmends. Or you could start with one of the many over-the-counter treatments. Choose one with active ingredient ending in "azole" (clotrimazole, miconazole, and several others). They all work equally well; choose based on cost and convenience (e.g. 1, 3, or 7 days).
