If you have this test because of abnormal vaginal discharge, itching and/or dysuria, you need to be treated for yeast vaginitis, either with vaginal cream or oral medication. If you do not have any symptom, no treatment is necessary, only use warm sitz bath with baking soda (4 tablespoons in 2 liters) ,15 minutes, twice a day for a couple days.

This is a normal urinalysis. The only potentially significant aspects the presence of yeast cells and a few white blood cells (pus cells). If you're having vaginal area itching and irritation, yeast is the likely cause. But if you have no symptoms, there is nothing in these results of serious concern or that requires treatment. If in doubt, check with your doctor. Good luck.

If this is a microscopic examination of urine sediment, these findings may or may not be caused by a urinary tract.infection. A clean catch specimen would be needed for a culture& colony count to determine whether a urinary tract infection is present. If culture is negative the findings could be caused by a vaginal yeast infection which contaminated the original urine specimen which wasn't clean
