I went for hvs test which shows i have growth of pus cell ++, epithelial cell+++, yeast +++. what does it mean?

This is a microscopical test, not "growth". Epithelial cells are normal. Yeast and white blood cells ("pus cells") show probable active vaginal yeast infection, especially if you have typical symptoms (vaginal itching/irritation, often scant thick white discharge). Conceivably there is more than one problem; WBC can be a sign of any infection, including STDs if at risk. Discuss with your doctor.
