Acholic stools? : In the absence of bile, the green/brown color of normal stool may be lost. Would expect upper abdominal pain, but may not accompany. If this persists, see your doctor, there may be a gallstone obstructing the drainage from your liver. Jaundice would accompany this. If this stool is one of a kind and doesn't repeat, then it's probably medication/food related. A bile duct stone may be the issue.
