Nicotine causes your blood vessels to constrict, which limits the amount of blood that flows to the bone and gingiva that's trying to heal. You have a lot of wounds. You're taking antibiotics so chances are any infection is in check. Consult with your oral surgeon or dentist for further guidance.

Without pain and swelling mean no inflammation so infection is unlikely. Just continue antibiotic and oral rinsing. Stop vaping if possible, recent study has shown nicotine vaping is as dangerous to your body as smoking.
