Worry?: The two teeth that were chipped could present with tooth infection, if the nerves and the blood supply to the tooth were compromised when the teeth were banged. I's a good idea to visit the dentist to make sure.

Most likely fine,: But to be sure a visit to the pediatric dentist is in order. At the very least they will be able to advise what to look for incase does arise. It is a good idea to avoid extremes of hot and cold foods and hard foods for about 10 days after even a mild dental injury so that these 'normal' traumas did not impede healing.
