I bit my tongue. i swished my mouth with regular water, then used salt water and then regular water swish again with a gargle. as i am on blood pressure medication and had no way to measure the salt, should i be concerned if this will raise it?

No. This has negligible if any effect on your salt intake and will have no effect on your body salt levels.
