I have been diagnosed with a lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial cardiac septum. i also have several lipomas throughout my body. should i be concerned?

If you have no other cardiac symptoms you should be fine, no treatment is required. However, it has been suggested that lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum is associated with the presence of coronary artery disease in proportion to the degree of atrial septal thickness. Take care!
