We do not have your height so BMI calculation can't be done. You can calculate your BMI - https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/bmi-women - then aim to lower your BMI to optimal range, i.e. less than 25, or as closer to the normal range as possible. Besides weight loss with low carbohydrate diet, exercise and low saturated fat diet are also recommended. Good luck!
