Under what circumstances would high doses of prednisone (60mg a day) turn urine an orange/red color?

In acute steroid myopathy, most patients have high levels of serum creatine kinase, as well as associated myoglobinuria. Myoglobin in the urine will change urine color to orange/red color. Chronic steroid myopathy does not make that change.
