You're experiencing vasomotor rhinitis. This is not an allergic reaction though. Triggers include eating & exposure to cold temperatures. Sometimes vasomotor rhinitis goes on for weeks, goes & away only to come back again. Even though it's not a true allergic reaction, we try antihistamine nasal sprays like astelin and also decongestant &cortisone sprays to reduce inflammation & irritants.?see ENT
