Fully agree with Dr. Le, as you need to be proactive and address your emotional issues ASAP. Although prefer to use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as the core treatment, have found these adjunctive approaches also of value: Biofeedback Therapy, Meditation, Aerobic Exercise, and Hypnosis. Medications may help acutely but should be AVOIDED chronically, as tolerance is an issue.
