Why would an amputee have bone erosions? already has osteopenia. aka 1.5 yrs ago?

If the bone erosion occurs at the resected bone (the stump) it is considered a wound healing-complication of AKA but bone erosion at somewhere else is quite abnormal and it has nothing to do with osteeopenia or osteoporosis. Take care!
