It is no longer a hematoma but likely a fibrotic mass that was once a hematoma. After 4 years not likely to hang much. Could also be a lipoma. Have someone look at it.

The hematoma should have dissolved at least a month after the injury. Put hot compresses over area, but see a doctor for a possible x-ray and treatment.
