I was diagnosed with wpw 2 years ago and now a different cardiologist says i dont have it. the first doctor did ekg, treadmill stress test, etc. not sure what to think now?

WPW is a diagnosis which has two sources of information: First is the electrocardiogram (ECG); the second is an electrophysiologic study (EP study). In your case, it would be advisable for you to see a cardiologist who specializes in this field...an electrophysiologist. That cardiologist could review your data and decide how to get the correct answer.
