For a little over a week my nose has been stuffed up, and whenever i blow my nose to clear it up, it's a mixture of blood and mucus. this is only happening in one nostril. is this a nasal inflammation or something else?

Nasal drainage: A runny nose is common with any cold. However, if there is bleeding, your nose is likely dry and you may be blowing your nose too forcefully. You are better off using a saline rinse when you feel like blowing your nose and applying a saline based gel to humidify the nose. If the symptoms persist, I recommend you see a physician.
