If you indeed have truly developed a peripheral neuropathy, which has been clinically confirmed, you need to uncover the causation. A neurological consultation and an EMG study should provide further data to find the etiology and point toward a solution. Your bariatric surgery is NOT the cause!!

B12 deficiency that can occur in 10 % of patients may cause numbness and tingling sensation. Considering B12 and other micronutrients taking a multivitamin will be good.
