Smoking weed is likely to increase the inflammation in your nose and throat that the prednisone is trying to treat. So, smoking weed while on this treatment is counterproductive. There is no direct contraindication but it will not help you to recover. Smoking weed should be avoided while you are treating this inflammation with steroid medication. Good luck to you!
