Try nasal spray: Although its temporary, you could use a nasal decongestant spray. A common one is afrin or oxymetazoline. This works nicely to decongest the nose and is effective in a high percentage of cases. It usually lasts for about 12 hours. The big precaution is that you shouldn't use this for more than 4 days. Could get you good enough to get to sleep.
