Not clear where you gave yourself a "little shot", but you may have injured the ulnar nerve. See your regular doctor and get this handled. You ask about "life-threatening", and yes, your meth habit is clearly such a risk. Your choice, but would highly recommend you seek a drug rehab program ASAP.
