My hand goes numb-mostly little and ring fingers but often my whole hand. i can't move it well either when this happens-and i have pain right above my elbow joint that runs through the ulna. always dull aching. often unbearable pain. chipped elbow?

Could be nerve entrapment syndrome. Google nerve distribution to upper and forearm. Your body is talking to you. listen and take good notes then share them with a Dr who can talk/examine you in person.

Not feasible to even guess if you suffer some bone abnormality at the elbow. Your numbness does suggest an ulnar nerve problem, and typically the nerve would be compromised at the elbow. Consider seeing your doctor and getting directly examined.
