i have protein, blood and bilirubin in urine. can it be related to hysterectomy done two months ago?all pre op labs were negative in dec as well.

Not likely : These are very common nonspecific findings in urine. It could represent an infection and likely represents nothing. It would not be related to a hysterectomy. Follow your doctors advice if they felt further testing was needed.
