The correct term is psoriatic arthritis. Osteoarthritis is not treated with Humira. Humira works well for psoriasis (skin) and psoriatic arthritis (joints). No interaction with nicotine. However, nicotine can worsen psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Try to reduce the amount and frequency of smoking with a target of eventually quitting.
