Please go to a Rheumatologist. You will be diagnosed and treated appropriately. Psoriatic Arthritis is very deforming and damaging and both of them are painful. Yes, you may have Tendinopathy as a result of the arthritis. Nowadays there are fantastic biologic medications that stop the progression of PsA and if you really have osteoarthritis the pain would be more manageable.

Agreeing to disagree. It becomes now more important to have the right plan in place as your conditions are likely to start affecting your mobility. Physical therapy will be critical under the care of a rheumatologist that can further discuss details in proper context.
