A member asked:

I am having pvc's daily, sometimes 3 a minute. have had them on and off for years. had holter monitor last year doctor was not concerned. ekg and echocardiogram both normal. should i worry? certain movements trigger them( like twisting my back. why

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PVC's: Your findings are all reassuring and apparently your Holter didn't show any worrisome high grade ventricular irritability. Nevertheless if your PVC's are causing troubling symptoms, beta blocker may suppress them for you. After eating meals, caffeine, alcohol, stress may be triggers, but movements like twisting your back as a trigger is unusual in my experience.
