A member asked:

What're signs pvcs are benign vs serious? no axcs to holter, echo, etc.. ecg normal. if "gets worse w/ exercise" is a sign.. what's "get worse" mean

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PVC's w/exercise bad: PVC, preventricular contractractions of the heart (often experienced as palpitations) are a sign of the heart being extra excitable. If exercise brings them on more, that can indicate impaired circulation to the heart muscle when there is more demand-can be a sign of blocked circulation or other issues with the heart muscle. A stress test can give more info."Benign" pvc's often go away w/ exercise
