Yellow skin : Sounds like it could be from eating too many carrots. Yellowing of the skin without abnormalities in liver tests i and not anemia s often from eating too many carrots. More information is needed to answer this question

Jaundice yellow sole: Jaundice with iron deficiency, kidney and liver function results may be will be within normal limits if they're not functioning. Pancreatic issues, ETOH, diet, electrolyte imbalance, etc., and other systems could be contributory suggesting a workup by your doc. You didn't mention if eyes were yellow--Perhaps a consult with a gastroenterologist.
