Hello!i have dystrotic eczema and ive been having a reaction on my hand for the past couple weeks a few nights ago i put friction on my hand with benedryal cream to stop the itching and it formed large vesicles.is this still eczema or maybe herpetic?

Dyshidrotic eczema, also known as pompholyx, causes recurrent or chronic eczema-like eruption over the palms. Moderate to potent topical steroid helps to relieve the symptoms. Contact your PCP or dermatologist.
