A member asked:

What can i take for itching from eczema? im putting ice on it to help calm it down and benadryl hydrocortisone cream lidocaine this has been going on for almost a month

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The Benadryl hydrocortisone cream and lidocaine are all useful. You can also use daily Clairtin or other over the counter allergy medication. The ice makes it wet and the wet then dries and again then wet then dries and this can dry out the skin and make the itch worse. Petroleum jelly Vaseline can also help.
