Looking for more opinions: I have moderate stress which is an ongoing theory for my hives that come and go about twice per year. Allergist ran a blood panel and the only elevated value is CH50. Can anyone weigh in?
Can you have a normal ch50 (total complement) blood test result, but still have low C3 and/or C4 levels?...Or would low C3 or C4 show up on ch50 test?
My ch50 blood test value is 394 and 300 is normal; C3 and C4 are normal values; IgG subclass2 serotypes in blood test are lowi. Have thyroiditis.
Large joint pain, chronic painful scleritis every few months left eye, lump inside left elbow, fatigue for the last 3yrs. Recent blood tests for rheumatoid and lupus within normal ranges. However, C3 and C4 levels were normal high. Any ideas?
