14 yr. old daughter has high ch50 level (lab work just says >60) with c4 =16 & c3=102 vit d=24. allergist did lab bc of idiopathic urticaria.concerns?

Vit D supplement: An elevated CH50 may signal inflammation. The vit D level points to vitamin D insufficiency and need for a supplement. Most cases of idiopathic urticaria have a very good prognosis especially if controlled with high dose of antihistamine.

Screen/Autoimmune ds: I would also suggest screening for autoimmune disease as an underlying cause of the condition.
