Why do they say that the 3 months before you conceive is important? if you have had some anxiety and took some pills (benzodiazepine)2 months before you conceive, could this do any harm and should i wait another month before trying?

Don't take any medications that are not approved by your OBGYN doctor .Your anxiety should be addressed to your doctor for the proper medications if needed.
