Help is possible: Your body has chemicals that act like benzodiazepines, so by taking so many, you probably shut down your own system. And now need outside drug to remain calm, or fight anxiety. You are dependent on them now, but good psychiatric evaluation can help you get off these agents, but it will take different drugs for now, and some time to fix. Don't forget your desire for success will make the difference
