You did not say how long you have had that lesion. If it has been present for weeks, you should see an ENT doctor. If you just detect it this week you can observe it for another week or so for its progression. Good luck!

You may have a condition called transient lingual papillitis. This is caused by the inflammation of the Fungiform papillae on your tongue. They go away in time and they are not from unprotected sex. Unprotected sex can cause many problems, always be protected.
