Canker sores: canker sores are the most common oral lesions. The cause is unknown. These lesions are bumpy and painful. Topical medications OTC applied directly, mouthwashes, and oral medications can relieve pain or inflammation. Rec.: if not comfortable see a dentist for soft tissue laser treatment.

Lumps: You may have an oral infection (abscessed tooth, gum disease, etc) that is being filtered by the lymph nodes in your neck and arm pit. Please see your Dentist.
