Maybe: If it does not go away in a couple of days, or if it gets larger or starts hurting more see your dentist right away. For peace of mind though, you might want to have it looked at anyway, i would.

If not, .....: Even if it does hurt or change in size or color, it should be looked at by an oral surgeon if it is present for more than two weeks. It may be nothing at all but it is better to be safe than sorry!
