I have short term memory loss and i was diagnosed with a learning disability. my mom was percenta previa and that made me come 3 months early. i had a 2nd and 3rd grade brain bleed. i was diagnosed with mild cp. could this cause me to have problems?

Certainly. Most of those with this type of history would be expected to have changes in their learning and movement abilities after brain bleeds. Especially the 3rd degree bleeds. Many of those do not survive.
