Tough to answer: First the brain itself is fatty tissue. Second, the only fatty tumors are lipomas and liposarcomas, neither of which is found inside the skull (or very, very, very rarely). So get her doctor to give you a more precise ("medical") description and explanation of what that mans functionally.
