I stabbed my foot with a spine walking barefoot at home, it went 1.5/2mm in and bled very little for 1 sec. ive got 5 tetanus vaccines until i was almost 8, now 23, i received the tt vaccine 5 hs after. can i still get tetanus? this was on friday?

From the reported vaccines and post incident care I would say risk of tetanus approaches zero. There is still a risk from a localized infection at the site, which can still occur from other non-tetanus germs. Monitor the site and seek care if needed.
