I stepped barefoot on the wet ground a stray cat was licking. the ground was wet because of recent rains and the soles of my feet were peeling and slightly raw (no bleeding) should i get post exposure vaccine against rabies?

Rabies transmission is highly unlikely in above circumstances, check cdc.gov for rabies transmission. Superficial infections remain possible and you should avoid walking barefoot until your feet heal well.
