When we removed the bougainvillea tree yesterday, a spike punctured the skin of my thumb and it bled. it was just small and shallow that i washed and put some alcohol on it. should i get my tetanus vaccine? i haven't been vaccinated after 10+ years?

This is little or no risk for tetanus, and most people are still protected from their childhood vaccinations. Nothing to worry about.
