Can i give infant fever reliever along with antibiotics for my child's chest infection?

Monitor temperature and breathing. Check the temperature prior to giving treatment for fever. If the temperature is less than 101, there is generally no need to give the fever treatment. Continue the antibiotic as prescribed. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and prolonged or worsening cough. Please follow up.
