Hi i have just had a routine health check up and during an u/s a hypoechoic area was found approx 30mm x 30mm x 25mm but with no internal vascularity. i have no symptoms pain or anything and very healthy for a 57 year old male?

You forgot to mention where is this lesion is. By description, it seems like a simple cyst and if it is in the kidney, you have nothing to worry. Simple renal cyst is quite common at your age. Take care!
