A member asked:

If i suffer a subconcussive impact to the head, do i need to adapt my behaviour in a manner similar to a concussion protocol? can i still do exercise (tennis) that day, do i need to eat differently?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You provided no description of the type of impact or resulting symptoms to help formulate a reasoned response. You are welcome to start over and provide detail about the event & what if any symptoms resulted. If it was brief and produced no alteration in your function, it is likely no change in your normal activities is necessary.
