A member asked:

If i suffer a subconcussive impact to the head (light knock getting into car), with no symptoms, do i need to adapt my behaviour in a manner similar to a concussion protocol? can i still do exercise (tennis) that day, do i need to eat differently?

Minor closed head injuries are common and frequent. You describe one, and this certainly was not a concussion. Have NO clue what you mean by "subconcussive impact". Nor do I understand why you would be concerned about modifying your activities. If you need to convey some challenges suggest you re-post.
