Hit my head yesterday, doctor said it's not a concussion. mild headache day after. can you get a headache from impact that is not a concussion?

Depends...: Depends on who is making the diagnosis and what investment they may have in the label of concussion. Someone who wants to make that diagnosis will, with your situation. For minor head trauma, whether the answer is more useful medically or socially is open to question. If you don't want to dance with sociology then if it's minor, it's minor. Don't get too caught up in the label.
