You should ask your cardiologist if the echocardiogram changes would account for your symptoms. If the changes don’t account for your symptoms, you should see a pulmonologist for an evaluation to see if your symptoms might be pulmonary (lung) related. You may need more tests like pulmonary function test, CT scan of your chest, etc. Good luck!
