Diabetes check : Yes, you can buy a glucose meter. Check your sugar at home. I sure you can go to Kings Plaza mall in Brooklyn and get one ( stay away from the cookie store at the bottom of the elevator) If your sugar is greater than 125 in the morning before eating you probably have diabetes.

Diabetic Testing: If you type "diabetic testing" in their search bar, you will come up with over 1000 products. Products to monitor your glucose levels. If you're asking for a kit to replace the expertise of a physician who can examine you and make the diagnosis and recommend the proper course of care and medications, I don't think so. See a local physician.
