Good day, when urinating, i do see blood in my urine and i am on my period but yesterday, i had a sanitary pad on for the all day but they was no stain of blood in it and i have been having stomach cramps. i want to know what wrong with me?

If you are seeing blood in your urine despite seeing no blood on your pad all day, then you could have a bladder or kidney problem (an infection most commonly) and you need to be seen.
