If the urine was clear with a pad in place, if I understand you correctly then the bleeding is not from urine. Your symptoms could be from your.vag- uterus area. Pl see a Gyn

If you are seeing blood in your urine despite seeing no blood on your pad all day, then you could have a bladder or kidney problem (an infection most commonly) and you need to be seen.
